Social Worker - Family Safeguarding Team in Rochdale UK, £40 per hour, hourly. What you will do:

* Mentor and support up to 12 ASYE's as they navigate their roles.

* Act as a role model for best practice in social work.

* Assist in assessment and planning for family interventions.

* Perform direct observations and contribute to quality reports.

* Help develop bespoke training programmes.

* Engage in performance management and quality assurance.

* Lead reflective discussions and support meetings.

* Collaborate with the Work Force Development team.

A proven record of producing high-quality written documents and excellent support for ASYE's or holding Practice Educator status is essential.
