What you will do:

* Assess and offer short break services for children with disabilities and complex health needs, enhancing their quality of life.

* Safeguard children in need through Child Protection Conferences and manage cases under the Public Law Outline and Proceedings.

* Support Cared for Children in collaboration with Care Planning and Fostering Regulations, maintaining high standards under the oversight of an Independent Reviewing Officer.

* Collaborate with colleagues from the Early Help and Schools Department, including SEN, RAN, Educational Psychology, and HI and VI Teams.

* Ensure compliance with the necessary statutory duties while supporting the diverse needs of children and their families.
