We are seeking a Band 6 RMN to work as a Senior Team Leader (CPN) in Guernsey on an agency basis. This role offers an hourly salary of £38 p/h LTD and is outside IR35. It is an initial 3-month contract with an immediate start. What you will do:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and service users with complex needs, devising and implementing care programmes based on evidence and research.
- Work autonomously, identifying changes in patient conditions and responding appropriately, escalating when necessary.
- Guide and mentor junior staff in the delivery and evaluation of specialised care, fostering an environment conducive to professional growth and learning.
- Promote active involvement of patients and service users in planning and evaluating their care, respecting their personal beliefs and dignity.
- Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients, ensuring effective communication tailored to various needs and situations.
- Act as a professional role model, co-ordinating activities within your specialist area and ensuring that professional standards are upheld.
