We are delighted to invite applications for a Nursery Teacher to join our warm and welcoming early years team in Medway. This is a wonderful opportunity for a passionate and caring practitioner to play a key role in children’s earliest experiences of education, supporting their development in a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment.

Our nursery provides a safe and engaging space where children are encouraged to explore, communicate, and develop independence through play-based learning. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality early years provision in line with the EYFS framework, ensuring that every child is supported to develop socially, emotionally, and academically.

You will work closely with support staff, parents, and external professionals to create a consistent and child-centred approach to learning. Observation, assessment, and planning will be used effectively to support individual development and ensure positive outcomes for all children.

We welcome applications from ECTs and experienced teachers who are passionate about early years education. The school is committed to staff development and wellbeing, offering ongoing training and a supportive team environment.

You will:

  • Create a warm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

  • Support children’s learning through purposeful play

  • Observe and assess children’s development effectively

  • Build strong relationships with families and colleagues

  • Promote children’s wellbeing, confidence, and independence

In return, we offer:

  • A friendly and supportive early years team

  • Strong leadership and a clear vision for early years

  • Access to professional development opportunities

  • Engaged families and a positive school community

To be considered for this position, please forward an up-to-date CV as soon as possible.
