What you will do:

Provide strong leadership, management, and direction to a multidisciplinary team of Social Workers, Senior Practitioners, and Family Support professionals.

Promote and embed restorative and relationship-based practice across all areas of service delivery.

Manage workloads effectively, ensuring statutory duties and service standards are consistently met.

Oversee the delivery of high-quality statutory social work services for children, young people, and families.

Authorise key safeguarding decisions and provide oversight of child protection and complex casework.
