 Essential Qualifications and Skills:<ul>
<li>You must hold a degree or postgraduate qualification in Social Work to apply.</li><li>Registration with Social Work England is essential for this role.</li><li>Bring your proven experience of working with vulnerable adults, particularly in safeguarding and risk management.</li><li>Possess solid knowledge of the Care Act 2014, the Mental Capacity Act 2005, and other relevant legislation.</li><li>Your communication, analytical, and decision-making skills should be second to none.</li><li>Effectively manage a diverse and complex caseload with confidence and proficiency.</li></ul>
