What You Will Do

• Manage a diverse caseload of looked-after children, focusing on long-term positive outcomes.

• Conduct high-quality assessments to influence children's care and protection plans.

• Advocate for children in multi-agency and court settings.

• Collaborate effectively with schools, health services, and other agencies.

• Lead by example, upholding professional standards and values in children's social work.

About You

• Recognised social work qualification and registration with Social Work England.

• Completion of the ASYE programme.

• Experience working in multi-agency environments and court settings.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and advocacy skills.

• Deep understanding of children's social work legislation and methodologies.

• Creative, resilient, and compassionate approach to improving children's lives.
