Your role will focus on leading the pioneering Early Intervention Vehicle (EIV) initiative, a collaborative effort funded through a partnership between Central London Community Health and Hertfordshire County Council. This pivotal position involves overseeing four dedicated HCC staff members, providing guidance through complex cases, and ensuring that the EIV intake tray operates smoothly. Moreover, you'll have the chance to craft a monthly rota for the operation of two vehicles every day, seven days a week. Regular performance reports will be shared with senior management, as you bridge communication between ACS and NHS partners.

What you will do:

• Provide operational oversight of four HCC staff members within the Early Intervention Vehicle service
• Offer supervisory support and case advice in complex situations for EIV Practitioners
• Manage and allocate resources effectively, including completing monthly rotas for vehicle operation
• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure seamless collaboration with NHS nurses and paramedics, nurturing a unified teamwork atmosphere
• Execute day-to-day management operations, supporting the EIV service to function every day of the year from 08:00 to 18:30
