Nursery Manager
Up to £47,000 per annum | 40 Hours Per Week

What We're Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
- Previous experience as a Nursery Manager
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Excellent knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a successful nursery team
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding early years education
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the nursery
- Inspire, support, and develop the nursery team to deliver outstanding childcare and education
- Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, compliance, and EYFS practice are maintained
- Create a welcoming environment where children feel safe, happy, and confident to learn
- Support each room in delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
- Make full use of the nursery's spacious outdoor environment to enhance children's development
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain the nursery's excellent reputation
