Lead, motivate, and manage the Families First/Family Help Team to deliver high-quality support and interventions for children and families.
Provide regular supervision, coaching, and professional guidance to Social Workers and Family Help Practitioners.
Allocate and oversee workloads effectively, ensuring resources are used efficiently and performance targets are achieved.
Ensure children and families receive timely, coordinated, and outcome-focused interventions.
Oversee assessments and family plans, ensuring they are evidence-based, strengths-focused, and tailored to individual needs.
Work closely with safeguarding teams to identify needs early and manage risks appropriately.
