Role: Nursery Teacher

Start Date: September 2024

We are looking for a teacher who:

- Is creative, innovative and passionate about teaching and learning

- Has a commitment to safeguarding and supporting those with additional needs

  • Educational Qualifications: A Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education or equivalent qualifications are generally required. Higher qualifications, such as a degree in Early Childhood Studies or a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) specializing in early years, are preferred.
  • Experience: Practical experience working with young children, either through previous employment or significant voluntary work, is essential. This experience helps demonstrate a candidate's ability to manage and educate young children effectively.
  • Knowledge of the EYFS Framework: A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework is crucial. This framework sets the standards for learning, development, and care for children from birth to five years old.
