What You’ll Need
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong EYFS knowledge and good safeguarding awareness.
- Confident communicator with great teamwork and organisation skills.
- A nurturing, proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and deliver engaging, child-led activities following the EYFS.
- Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families.
- Track developmental progress and tailor learning opportunities.
- Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment.
- Support inclusive practice and adapt learning for individual needs.
- Work closely with your team to maintain a positive, nurturing culture.
