Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

Deliver high -quality care and early years education, ensuring the individual needs of every child are met.
<\/p><\/li>A recognized Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).

Plan, observe, and implement engaging play -based activities aligned with the EYFS curriculum.

Act as a key person to a designated group of children, monitoring their progress and maintaining accurate developmental records.

Requirements<\/h3>
Essential Requirements:<\/b>

A strong, working knowledge of the EYFS framework and how to implement it effectively.

Demonstrable experience working within an early years setting.

Excellent understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and health and safety procedures.
