What you will do

Placement Stability: Support children and young people in care to maintain stable placements and develop positive relationships with carers and family members where appropriate.
Direct Work: Undertake direct work with children and young people, ensuring their views, wishes, and feelings are central to planning and decision-making.
Family Time Support: Assist with arranging and supporting family time sessions and contact arrangements.
Life Story Work: Contribute to life story work and identity-based interventions that help children understand their experiences and personal histories.
Relationship Building: Develop positive, trusting relationships with children and young people to support their wellbeing and development.
Multi-Agency Working: Collaborate effectively with social workers, foster carers, residential providers, schools, and partner agencies.
