What you will do

• Deliver engaging one-to-one sessions to support individual recovery journeys.
• Provide crucial harm reduction and overdose prevention advice.
• Manage and maintain a personal caseload effectively.
• Deliver Psychosocial Interventions (PSI) tailored to individual needs.
• Develop and review person-centred care plans and robust safety plans.
