Are you an experienced Senior Care Assistant looking for your next opportunity? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established care provider seeking a compassionate and confident Senior Care Assistant to join their night team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous senior care experience who enjoys leading by example and delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Key responsibilities:
  • Providing hands-on care and support to residents, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
  • Supervising, mentoring and supporting the care team during night shifts.
  • Administering medication safely and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensuring care plans are up to date and followed to meet residents' individual needs.
  • Promoting a safe, caring and positive environment for both residents and colleagues.
