What you will do:

- Deliver person-centred therapeutic support, focusing on enabling service users to develop independence and functional skills.
- Collaborate within the Multi-Disciplinary Team to design and implement individualised therapy and enabling plans.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff and students, fostering an environment of learning and excellence.
- Engage with families, carers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care and support.
- Maintain responsibility for patient/service user care, assessing and implementing care plans, and monitoring outcomes.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with service users and their support networks, respecting their individual communication needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate leadership by acting as a role model and advocating for high standards of care and the CARE values.
- Organize and delegate tasks efficiently, ensuring the smooth operation of the service area.
- Engage in policy development and service improvements, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and procedures.
- Participate actively in partnership working, contributing to the continuous development of the team and service.
