Room Leader – Toddler Room – Up to £33,000

What You’ll Need
- Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years
- Strong practical knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Previous experience managing or deputising in a toddler room
- Ability to lead a team and maintain consistent practice
- Clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Lead the toddler room, overseeing daily routines and EYFS delivery
- Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based activities
- Supervise and support staff within the room, acting as key point of contact
- Maintain accurate observations, assessments, and development records
- Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety policies are followed
- Engage with parents to provide updates on children’s progress
