You will be working full time, 37.5 hours per week, providing essential support to adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities.

What you will do:

  • Foster trusting relationships, listening and adapting support to meet communication, sensory, and physical needs.

  • Support the individual's right to make informed decisions about their own lives while maintaining dignity and kindness.

  • Drive service vehicles to support community involvement, requiring a valid driving licence.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance care quality and personal growth.
