Work strategically to maximise healthcare funding and resources for service users.

Develop and oversee personalised care plans, working closely with individuals and their families.

Provide advocacy and support to ensure service users' rights, choices, and wellbeing are always prioritised.

Maintain accurate, confidential case records and documentation.
