What you will do
• Case Management: Manage a varied caseload of children, young people, and families requiring support and intervention.
• Assessment: Undertake comprehensive assessments to identify needs, risks, strengths, and protective factors.
• Care Planning: Develop and implement effective plans that support positive outcomes for children and families.
• Multi-Agency Coordination: Chair multi-agency meetings and coordinate support services to ensure timely and effective interventions.
• Safeguarding: Contribute to safeguarding processes, child protection planning, and interventions where necessary.
• Court Work: Prepare reports and contribute to court proceedings where required.
• Family Support: Build effective relationships with children and families to promote engagement, resilience, and positive change.
• Partnership Working: Collaborate closely with education, health services, police, and other partner agencies.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality case records in line with statutory and organ
