Manage a caseload of 20-24 children, including complex Child in Need (CIN) and Child Protection (CP) cases.
</li>

<li>
Collaborate with multi-agency professionals to deliver holistic, effective support to children and their families.
</li>

<li>
Participate in regular supervision to enhance practice quality and encourage reflective development.
</li>

<li>
Fulfil duty rota responsibilities, completing one full duty week every three weeks.
</li>

<li>
Travel within Torbay and occasionally beyond county borders for statutory visits and meetings.
</li>
