An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Advanced Social Worker to join the Assessment & Intervention Team in Devon's Children's Social Work Services. This ongoing locum position offers professionals the chance to play a key role in improving outcomes for children and families while working within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
In this role, you will provide professional leadership within the team while working directly with children and families experiencing complex needs. You will undertake comprehensive assessments, guide effective intervention planning, and contribute to maintaining high standards of professional practice across the service.
With a reduced caseload and opportunities to mentor colleagues, this role allows you to focus on quality interventions and professional development while delivering meaningful support to vulnerable children and families.
