What you will do

Case Management: Manage a varied caseload of children and families requiring safeguarding intervention and support.
Assessments: Complete statutory assessments, including Child and Family Assessments, parenting assessments, and risk assessments.
Care Planning: Develop, implement, and review child protection and care plans alongside families and partner agencies.
Safeguarding: Identify and respond to safeguarding concerns, taking timely action to protect children in accordance with legislation and local procedures.
Professional Meetings: Lead and participate in child protection conferences, strategy meetings, core groups, and other statutory forums.
Relationship Building: Build positive and effective relationships with children and families, ensuring the child's voice remains central to all planning.
Court Work: Prepare detailed reports for court proceedings, conferences, and statutory reviews.
Multi-Agency Working: Work closely with schools, health professionals, police, legal representatives, and other agencies to coordinate
