What you will do:
- Support the Mental Health and Autism team in delivering high-quality social care to adults with complex needs
- Guide and supervise social workers and other team members, ensuring effective practice standards
- Make informed decisions to ensure the best outcomes for individuals and families while adhering to council policies
- Facilitate and participate in case discussions and team meetings to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of care plans for service users
