What you will do:- Provide regular, formal professional supervision to practitioners within the team, ensuring adherence to Council Policies, Procedures, legislation, and Professional Standards. - Manage the duty team, overseeing all incoming referrals and safeguarding concerns with precision and care. - Promote service user choice and empowerment through independence and strength-based practice, helping residents maintain their independence and community connections. - Assist with budget management, ensuring assessments, reassessments, and funding processes are timely and effective. - Undertake statutory intervention for at-risk service users, including chairing Section 42 Safeguarding Adults Enquiries when required. - Provide operational and motivational leadership, fostering a positive working environment dedicated to delivering high-quality services.
