Develop and implement legislation, practice, policies and strategies under the Violence Reduction remit to ensure compliance under the Crime and Disorder Act 1998.</li><li>
Collaborate with multi-agency partners, attend crucial meetings, and share information to address issues like missing persons, exploitation, county lines, and community violence.</li><li>
Provide community-based outreach by working with young people and partner agencies in hotspot locations.</li><li>
Monitor team performance, review outcomes against targets, and ensure continuous improvement.</li><li>
Offer specialist advice and consultation support to professionals on violence reduction.</li><li>
