Your Role as a Support Worker:
- Supporting individuals with mental health conditions in supported living setting
- Encouraging independence with daily living tasks
- Supporting service users with hobbies, activities, and social engagement
- Building positive, professional relationships with people who have varying needs and abilities
- Promoting dignity, respect, and wellbeing always
Requirements:
- Aged 23 or over
- Right to work in the UK (no sp0ns0rship available)
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in a healthcare or support setting
- Have a full UK driving licence and their own vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with vulnerable adults
