Some of your shifts will be support shifts, and some of your shifts will be senior shifts, where you will allocate duties, give medication, lead the team and support management. The service provides specialist support for adults with learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs within their own accommodation. Each accommodation offers individuals the opportunity to hold their own tenancy agreement with a Registered Housing Provider. Individuals who are supported in this service may have previously been detained within a hospital setting and are ready for a step-down placement within their local community.
