What you will do:

Deliver one-on-one sessions and facilitate group work focused on substance use, including SMART groups, to foster clients' recovery
Effectively manage a caseload of around 40–45 clients, including those on opioid substitution therapy (OST), those with dependency issues, and individuals with low-level use
Complete and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation, such as Treatment Outcome Profiles (TOPs), care plans, risk assessments, child risk screens, and physical health screens to ensure high standards of care
Conduct thorough assessments and apply your sound knowledge of substances, harm reduction, relapse prevention, needle exchange, and safeguarding
Confidently navigate case management databases and demonstrate an ability to quickly adapt and integrate into your team's processes
Collaborate with team members to provide support and enhance service delivery, creating a supportive environment for both clients and colleagues
