Salary (depending on experience, based on 45 hours): £41500-43,880

Hours: 40-45 per week

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our warm, welcoming and nurturing nursery. Your Main Role and Responsibilities

As a Nursery Manager, you will:

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding early years care and education
• Ensure the nursery operates in line with the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
• Support, develop and motivate staff through strong leadership and guidance
• Build positive relationships with children, families and the wider community
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery ensuring high standards of care and safety
• Monitor children’s learning and development to ensure high-quality practice
• Work with the wider leadership team to support the continued growth and success of the nursery

What We Are Looking For

Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
✔ Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
✔ Previous leadership or management experience within an early years setting
✔ Excellent communication and team leadership skills
✔ Commitment to delivering high-quality childcare and education
A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
