We are looking for a passionate experienced Level 2 Qualified Practitioner to join our warm, welcoming, and nurturing nursery. Our children thrive, staff feel valued and we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care and education, and we are looking for a leader who shares our commitment to excellence and child-centred learning.

Your main role and responsibilities will be to:

As an Early Years Practitioner you will:

  • Support the delivery of engaging learning experiences following the EYFS framework

  • Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for children

  • Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues

  • Observe and support children's development through play-based learning

  • Ensure the nursery maintains high standards of care, safeguarding and wellbeing

What We Are Looking For:

✔ Level 2 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
✔ Passion for working with young children
✔ Understanding of the EYFS framework
✔ A positive, team-focused attitude
✔ Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
