You'll be working 42 hours a week (Including Days, Nights and Alternative Weekends), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Willow House. Willow House is a specialist residential service with nursing for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. The team at Willow House aim to promote individuals' independence. They do this by working closely with people to ensure that their wishes, needs and interests are met. Willow House has regular house meetings where they discuss a wide range of topics, from meal planning to arranging their social calendars.
