Support disabled children, including those transitioning into Adult Services.</li></ul>
Requirements (person specification):<ul>

Essential: Experience within statutory children’s social care, strong relationship-based practice skills, commitment to reflective practice, and Social Work England registration.</li><li>
Desirable: Confidence using the Signs of Safety methodology and experience working within trauma-informed practice frameworks.</li></ul>
