This is a full time position, shift times 21.30 - 07.30. Weekend work included £13.60 per hour The Lighthouse is a 5 bed specialist residential home for young people aged 13 - 18 with complex mental health and associated risk taking behaviours. The clients and staff therein are part of therapeutic and care services run by the Priory health division. Our aim here at The Lighthouse is to ensure that the young people we invest in have the best residential experience in a therapeutic and homely environment. Care here is individually tailored to meet their needs and ensure the best outcome by investing in our young people's future. You will be responsible for the supervision of our young people who display a range of behaviours relating to their mental health following their previous trauma. Participating in activities and engaging our young people around the home and within their daily routine as well as ensuring their educational needs are met. It would be ideal if you have previous experience gained in a similar role. However whilst this is valuable, we are looking for individuals who display the right values and behaviours in order to make a difference to people's lives.
