Are you an experienced Deputy Manager looking for your next step, or a strong Clinical Lead ready to progress into leadership? Requirements:
  • Active NMC PIN ( RGN / RMN ) desirable
  • Strong background in elderly/nursing care
  • Proven leadership and team-support skills
  • Solid understanding of CQC standards
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care
