Requirements of this role:<ul>
<li>Social work qualification with registration with Social Work England.</li><li>Knowledge and experience at a management level of working with Local Authority and Council systems and processes.</li><li>A recognised management qualification or evidence of participation on an organisational leadership or management development programme.</li><li>Experience in managing social work caseloads and supervising others.</li><li>Experience of community and/or group work.</li><li>Knowledge of children’s health and social care systems, agencies, and relevant legislation.</li></ul>
