As a Childrens Residential Support Worker you must:
- Be over the age of 18 to apply
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sp0ns0rship
- Have at least 12 months UK based professional experience working with children and young people in a residential setting
- Have excellent communication skills and a Excellent knowledge of the sector
- Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
