Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
Key Requirements:
- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare, or equivalent such as BTEC National Diploma or NVQ in Children's Care, Learning, and Development.
- Demonstrated experience working with young children in a professional setting.
- Passionate about early childhood development and committed to creating a warm, supportive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the learning and development of children through structured activities and play.
- Ensuring a safe, secure, and stimulating environment at all times.
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and team members.
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and hygiene.
