Join our team where travel is part of the job, including visits to out-of-borough placements that could be situated anywhere. Do not worry about travel expenses; train tickets will be provided for reviews outside of the borough.

What you will do:

Reviewing out-of-borough placements
Conducting Care Act assessments
Managing move-on and step-down processes
Undertaking Mental Capacity Act and Best Interest decisions
Ensuring representation and advocacy for clients
Raising safeguarding alerts
Participating in inquiries
Attending both team and inter-agency meetings
Working closely with providers to maintain current placements and find new ones
Ensuring that placements are suitable for individuals' needs and the correct borough is identified for aftercare fees under section 117
