What We’re Looking For

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
Previous experience as a Nursery Manager is essential.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements.
Experience managing the operational and commercial aspects of a busy nursery.
A passion for delivering exceptional childcare and supporting children to reach their full potential.

Nursery Manager Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring exceptional standards of care and education.
Inspire, motivate, and develop a team of Early Years professionals to deliver outstanding practice.
Maintain compliance with the EYFS framework, safeguarding legislation, and Ofsted requirements.
Create a positive, supportive culture where children, families, and staff feel valued.
Oversee recruitment, inductions, supervisions, and ongoing staff development.
Monitor occupancy, budgets, and operational performance to ensure the continued success of the nursery.
Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals.
Drive continuous improvement and prepare the nursery for future Ofsted inspections.
