As a Senior Support Worker some of your key responsibilities will include organising and overseeing the smooth running of a shift, ensuring the wellbeing of all service users, responding to any challenges or concerns and supervising support staff. You will organise activities, administer medication, communicate with families and professionals, oversee daily reports, budgets, complete financial audits and complete H&amp;S checks.
