- Assist with planning activities, preparing learning environments and promoting children's wellbeing in line with the EYFS Framework.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues while maintaining a safe and inclusive setting.
- The successful Nursery Assistant will be caring, reliable and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for supporting young children during their early development.
- Previous experience working with children is desirable, although a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are equally important.
