Role: Nursery Nurse Level 3 / Full time / Term time

The school is currently looking for a passionate and energetic level 3 Nursery Nurse who ideally has experience working with SEN children, to work between the mainstream nursery and SEN room.

Educational Qualifications

  1. Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education (or equivalent):
    • This could be a CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator), BTEC National Diploma in Children's Care, Learning, and Development, or similar qualifications.

Practical Experience

  1. Work Placement/Experience:
    • Practical experience in a childcare setting is essential. This can often be obtained during the course of study through placements in nurseries or childcare centers.

Skills and Competencies

  1. Child Development Knowledge:
    • Understanding stages of child development and the ability to support and promote this through activities and care.
  2. Health and Safety Awareness:
    • Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to childcare settings, including safeguarding children.
