Your Role
As an EYFS Practitioner, you will support children aged 2–5 in developing communication, confidence, independence and curiosity.
- Lead creative, sensory and exploratory learning activities
- Build strong attachments that support emotional wellbeing
- Support children with SEN, communication needs and emerging developmental delays
- Set up and enhance high-quality learning environments
- Deliver small-group activities focused on early language, storytelling, fine motor skills and imagination
- Carry out detailed observations and contribute to learning documentation
- Ensure a high standard of safeguarding and care
- Work closely with teachers, therapists and early years specialists
- Experience in nursery or reception settings
- Strong understanding of early childhood development
- Passionate about creative, child-centred learning
- Excellent communicator, proactive and reflective
