Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework, focusing on the development of core skills in literacy, numeracy, and social interaction.
- Monitor children’s progress, ensuring that activities meet their individual developmental needs and providing regular updates to parents and carers about their child’s achievements in the EYFS stage.
- Foster a positive and inclusive EYFS classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued, encouraged, and supported in their learning journey.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and personal development as a Nursery Teacher, helping them build relationships, gain confidence, and develop a love for learning within the EYFS setting.
