Teaching Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that are tailored to the developmental needs of young children.
- Encourage a positive attitude towards learning, ensuring that Nursery students develop a love for education.
- Maintain a high standard of care and safety in the classroom while promoting social and emotional development.
- Monitor and record children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and carers.
- Collaborate with other staff to plan and deliver a high-quality EYFS curriculum.
Requirements:
- PGCE or equivalent qualification.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching in a Nursery or Early Years setting.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
