Nursery Nurse
Full time

Are you a nurturing, creative, and dedicated Early Years professional ready to make a lasting impact on young children’s lives? This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Nursery Nurse (Level 3 Practitioner) to join a warm and inclusive Early Years setting in Harrow, where curiosity is celebrated and every child’s potential is valued.

Working as part of a passionate and collaborative EYFS team, you’ll help deliver an inspiring curriculum that supports each child’s early development, curiosity, and love of learning. You’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children feel confident to explore, imagine, and grow.

Your Role

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging EYFS learning experiences.

• Provide individual and small-group support, especially for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

• Contribute to planning, observations, and assessments to track children’s progress.

• Create an inviting, well-organised classroom that encourages play-based learning.

• Foster strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (or equivalent).

• Sound understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.

• Experience working in a nursery or reception setting, ideally supporting children with SEN.

• A patient, caring, and proactive approach with excellent teamwork skills.

Why Join This School

• Supportive, friendly, and creative Early Years team.

• Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

• A happy, inclusive environment where your work truly makes a difference.

If you’re ready to bring your passion and expertise to a setting that cherishes every child’s journey, we’d love to hear from you.
