A well-respected primary school in Richmond is looking for a passionate Nursery Teacher to join their Early Years team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to nurturing young children’s development in a stimulating, fun, and inclusive environment.

The Nursery Teacher will be part of a vibrant team that values creativity and individual development, ensuring every child receives the best start in their educational journey.

Teaching Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons for Nursery-aged children.
  • Assess children’s development and track their progress in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe and confident.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop creative and engaging resources for the Nursery.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and provide regular updates on children’s progress.

Requirements:

  • PGCE or equivalent qualification.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching Nursery-aged children.
  • Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
