Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care.</li><li>Observe and manage residents' behaviour with care and ensure to document and report any changes in accordance with the required legislation.</li><li>Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plan.</li><li>Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.</li><li>Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory &amp; legal requirements.</li></ul>What we're looking for:<ul><li>Motivation, positivity, and great interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Desirable: Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification.</li></ul>Benefits Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
